Shipping + Returns

 Shipping: ships Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm EST. In most cases orders received prior to 1:00 pm EST are shipped out during the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped out the following shipping day. Orders received after 1:00 pm on Saturday will be shipped out on the following Monday. ships all orders via USPS. shipping holidays are: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any orders received on these days will be shipped on the following shipping day.


We offer two shipping options to our customers:

  • Free Standard Shipping - available on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
  • $12 Priority Shipping + Free Returns (this shipping option is available FREE on orders $100+)


We are committed to making you happy. If something doesn’t work out, accepts returns up to 60 days from date of shipment. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in new condition and in their original box. If you ordered on Amazon, eBay, or, returns must be initiated through the marketplace where you placed your order.

Please visit our Return Portal to initiate your return and create your return label.

  • We accept returns for refunds, store credit, and exchanges (exchanges dependent on inventory)

  • We will provide a return label for all returns. A $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of the label, exchanges are provided at no cost.

  • If you purchased or received the Priority Shipping + FREE Returns option at checkout, we will waive the $7.95 label fee and provide a return label at no cost.

  • Exchanges: We provide a one-time courtesy exchange for each order and will supply a free return shipping label. Additional exchanges will be subject to a $7.95 label fee for each additional exchange needed. Please include a note with the correct items you need in with your return. Once we receive your return package, we will send your replacement and update you with a tracking number. Please note, we cannot guarantee your requested items will be in-stock when we receive your return. If unfortunately, we are out of stock at the time of receiving your return package, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s). Please reach out to our customer service team at to initiate an exchange. Please ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within the 60 day limit.

If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.

Please double check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please email immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before it ships.
