What if I am not satisfied with the items I purchased or there's an issue with my order? If you'd like to return or exchange your items, you can visit our Return Portal here. From here you can initiate your return and print your shipping label. In your package, please include your packing slip and a note indicating whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please include the items you would like to exchange for - we will ship them out if they are in-stock. If we do not have the items in stock at the time of your return, we will issue a full refund. How much do you charge for shipping? We offer Free Shipping on every order, no matter how big or small. You are able to purchase the expedited shipping option at checkout if you want your items to arrive more quickly!
How much is Return Shipping? For exchanges and orders that received our Priority Shipping + Free Returns, there is no fee for the return shipping label. For all other returns, a flat return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. For more information regarding this, please click here.
