You may return an item for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, if you're not completely satisfied. Please call (888)321-xxxx 9am-6:30pm Monday-Saturday for a return authorization number prior to shipping your return/exchange.

• We cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear. Please follow these guidelines for trying out footwear:

1. If you are unsure you want to keep your footwear, please do not wear them outside.
2. Please test footwear at home on carpeted surfaces to preserve the new sole.
3. Avoid wearing new footwear for prolonged periods until you're sure the fit is correct.

How to return your package

Fill-out the return/exchange form on the back of your Packing Slip. Send the item(s) back UPS or US mail (insured). If you are exchanging an item(s), we will ship your exchange out at no additional shipping charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
